COVID-19 Update No. 3
Monday, 23 March

Hello again clay family

This painting by Basquiat sums up my feelings today.

After some careful consideration Ove and I have decided that from tomorrow we will only be open for orders which will either be left outside the shed for collection or couriered. Ove can also deliver within Lismore following strict hygiene protocols and leaving clay etc. at your front gate. Please order via email or telephone:

We are currently quite low in stock. We are awaiting a tonne of Feeney’s clay tomorrow morning and another tonne of Keane’s by Friday so will be stocked up again. I’ll be finalising a Walker’s order tomorrow so please let me know if you need anything.

Our hours will remain as normal this week: Tue to Fri 9 to 4 however please watch this space as this may change with short notice if things continue to escalate.

If you need to come and collect firings, please do so by appointment and bring your own packing material and boxes. I will be supplying hand sanitiser and disposable gloves for when you visit. Likewise if you have things to drop off for firing, please call to make an appointment.

The numbers in NSW have risen by 149 overnight, we are not naive to think that the Northern Rivers will remain unscathed. Covid-19 is virulent and nobody is immune. We all need to remain vigilant to protect ourselves, our families and the broader community.

Stay safe everybody and take care of yourself and your loved ones. We can all get through this with love, care and of course clay.
