Raven @raven.esque.ceramics was awakened to the potentials of using earths, clay, and minerals for art-making while studying ceramics at the National Art School in Sydney.
This awakening tapped into his fascination with the ecology of the planet and its complex social and environmental systems.
Raven is experienced working across a broad range of mediums. Although it is wood firing that has become an enduring and integral part of Raven’s practice.
